my dogs Kong is sticky?

Recently Kong soaked my dogs a mixture of Ajax dish soap, orange and water. was soaked for 24 hours, then rinsed off. when I was drying it I realized that part of it was tacky, any ideas? it was not sticky before washing Opne only part of it is sticky

You can throw in the dishwasher or washing machine with clothes. That should help. I think there is dog food or mud still stuck in it.
