my dog barks a lot in people who jog, when I'm taking a walk. Why?

my dog is well trained and did not even bark at strangers. But when I'm taking a walk, and focuses on a person jogging or running then begins to bark at that person a lot. Why? every time someone jogging or running captures the attention of my dog, just starts barking furiously. How do I correct this behavior? That seems to find jogging or running as threatening behavior.
